We had so much fun exploring Puerto de Ciutadella de Menorca, trying out all the cool water sports and checking out the Coves de Cala Morell. And when we weren't out and about, we had a blast chilling at the hotel's football pitch and tennis courts. Perfect for active teenagers like us!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers like us. It would've been amazing to have some cool clubs or bars nearby where we could dance and have a great time with friends.

Accommodated our request that two families were next to each other. Maids left little gifts for the children every day. Half Board proved excellent value for money. Two pools, both safe for children. Close to resort centre.

Porter showed us to our apartments but made no attempt to help us with our bags even though we were struggling with the bags and three children who were fast asleep.

The location is great. The apartments are nice and well distributed. Some have really good views. Close to the beach and perfect for a quiet stay or for going with children. The pools were never full. Some of the staff were kind, but not all of them.

If you book through booking they only clean your room 5 days a week which is rather inconvenient. The daily cleaning is very poor.The quality of the food for dinner is not very good although you have a great variety to choose from. Our room at the beginning was noisy, and they knew it. The manager was very unkind but they changed us into another apartment, although nobody apologized, instead they said that some customers do not complain!!

The hotel is perfect for stress-free family holidays, offering a range of amenities and activities. We enjoyed exploring the area and visiting Puerto de Ciutadella de Menorca and Coves de Cala Morell. The football pitch and tennis courts at the neighboring hotel provided great entertainment for our children. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great if there was a larger variety of beers available at the bar.

Loved the big gardens and the poolside bar, perfect for sipping cocktails while the kids run wild. The lobby was so luxurious, I almost forgot I was in a budget hotel.

Just a minor inconvenience, I had to wear a gown in the restaurant to cover my fancy dress. Ridiculous!

We stayed here for Christmas and the location was great, close to the beach and shops. The breakfast was pretty good with a range of options including fresh fruit and pastries. The rooms were decent, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The negatives outweighed the positives unfortunately. The pool area was small and not well maintained, the water was cold even though the weather was warm.

The hotel is located near a lovely beach and within walking distance to other beaches. Reception and lounge areas are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food including fresh omelettes cooked to order. Room quality is high with comfortable beds, modern decor, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of clean towels. The peaceful pool areas are never too crowded and there are plenty of sun beds and towels available.

It would have been nicer if the nearby restaurants had a lower noise level, but it still didn't impact on our enjoyment of the holiday.

Great location near the beach and marina, perfect for a romantic escape. Breakfast had good options and was continuously topped up. The pool had plenty of sun beds and was split into two sections, one of which was perfect for couples wanting a peaceful swim.

The rooms were uncomfortably hot, the air conditioning barely worked and when we complained, nothing was done. The staff were not very polite or helpful, especially towards non-native guests.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was huge and super clean, plus the pool area was top-notch. The location was perfect, right by the beach. And the staff? Absolutely lovely, always ready to help us out. Can't beat that!

During my stay at Grupotel, I had the most fantastic experience. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything in perfect working order. The shower was quick and easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, with a wide variety of choices and a great grill where you could have your fish or meat cooked to perfection. The pool areas were beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Marion, the amazing maid, and Claire at reception. The location was also fantastic, with supermarkets nearby and a path leading to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from reception, the restaurant, and two beautiful beaches. had a fantastic walking tour in son xoriguer and grupotel exceeded expectations! clean apartment near beach, excellent food, and great service. loved the enormous room and clean swimming pool. can't wait to return soon!

Language barrier, most guests spoke german. challenging for english-speaking kids to find friends to play with.
